Nazmul Miah is an associate in the Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice based in London and provides counsel to a diverse group of stakeholders in relation to formal insolvency processes, including secured lenders, insolvency practitioners, private equity funds, corporates, directors and creditors on both contentious and non-contentious issues. He has also advised lenders in respect of the validity, enhancement and enforcement of their security, as well as alternative debt restructuring options including in relation to the Part 26A Restructuring Plan.

More recently, Nazmul’s practice has concentrated on transactional and advisory matters with a focus on business turnaround and creative workout solutions.

Nazmul also has an interest in digital assets, including cryptocurrency and its relationship with UK insolvency law, having previously assisted in producing comment for blockchain publications in relation to the crypto winter and the subsequent fall-out.
